The cost of Televating to each layer is the Layer + 5 Crystals Gems. Simply grab the hand symbol and hold it until you arrive at the surface. The dashboard settings are so helpful and really let you have your server how you want it. Use the stone wheel to scroll to your desired Televator level, if there is fuel available grab the hand symbol - it is recommended you continue holding your grab button until you are transported and arrive in the mines, as there currently is a bug where occasionally if you let go when you hear the noise it will consume fuel without Televating.
